Watched the video on linking, and tried it.  Here you'll see I've created two separate spheres:

Then I selected both spheres and went to the tools menu to perform the link.  Alas!  No link command.  So I have to assume that either linking cannot be done in RW, or perhaps I don't have permissions to do it.  I could not find any place where the link command was available:
